Senior Pastor

Dennis Baw was called to Glenview as Senior Pastor in September,1979. He and wife, Cindy, previously served in ministries in Irving, Texas, Florida and Arkansas. Dennis enjoys ministering to all age groups from babies to senior adults.

Associate Pastor, Extension Ministries & Staff Advisor

Roger and his wife Dianne came to Glenview in May, 1988 as Associate Pastor, Education/Administration. Over the years his position and work have evolved leading our church into many areas of ministry.

Assoc Pastor - Administration & Education

Dan oversees church administration and education ministries of Glenview. He and his family joined Glenview in 1976. He joined the staff in 1996.

Assoc Pastor - Music & Fine Arts

Joining Glenview in February, 2004, Sam has served churches in Alabama, Alaska, Louisiana and Texas. He shares, "I believe the music and worship ministry of Glenview is one of the most exciting and growing ministries in our church."

Preschool Ministry Director

Annette Gile joined Glenview, along with her husband and children in 1998. She accepted the position of Preschool Ministry Director in October 2006.

Assoc Pastor - Missions Director

Mel returned to Glenview staff in 1999. He previously served as an Interim Student Minister here in 1991. After serving in other ministries, he and wife, Bobbie, have come back to Glenview to serve as he leads Community Family Relief Outreach.

Associate Pastor - Children's Ministries

Zach came to Glenview Baptist Church in December of 2006. He grew up in and attended school in the DFW area. He has spent time in Tennessee as a Preschool and Children's Minister before coming to Glenview.

School Administrator

Jerry accepted the position of Glenview Christian School Administrator in July, 2005. He and his wife have four children. We welcome Jerry and the Chenausky family to the Glenview family!

Middle School Minister

Steven graduated from the University of North Texas in August 2006 with a BA in Communication Studies and earned a Masters in Youth Ministry from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in December 2008.

Assoc. Pastor - Adult & Missions Ministry

Chris holds a B.A. in Youth and Family Ministry from Dallas Christian College and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Children's Minister

Josh has a strong passion for creatively presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ and other Biblical truths to better educate and reach the world for Christ.

High School Minister

Geoff is a cheesecake aficionado, coffee addict, and football fanatic who has a passion for working with students. He wants to students to catch a God-sized vision for their lives. Geoff also wants to see students go wherever God sends them.
